Welcome to CTS Canadian Career College – your gateway to career-focused and quality education in Northern Ontario.
About CTS Canadian Career College
We are a career college offering diploma programs that are registered as vocational programs under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005 in business, technology, health, and law. We are proud to have small, personalized classes that are led by industry-experienced instructors who offer hands-on skills and we pride ourselves on success – both of our graduates and our own pledge of offering quality education.
Our programs can be discovered at four campuses that all offer personal instruction and administration, and which are located in the cities of North Bay, Sudbury, Barrie, and Sault Ste. Marie. In total, we host a student population of approximately 500 full-time students at any given time, with new intakes and program starts almost every month.
Our Programs
The programs at CTS Canadian Career College—all of which are approved as vocational programs under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005—are current and, more importantly, in demand in the geographical areas the College serves.
The majority of our programs are under a year in duration, most of which offer either mandatory or optional placements that allow for students to put into practice the theory components of the programs. As a relatively small school, CTS Canadian Career College is able to offer lots of one-on-one time with its instructors and administrative staff.
President of Academics Dr. Amanda Harris states, “We are proud to have maintained the small size of our college as it helps us to keep the atmosphere collegial and supportive; students work closely with faculty, administrative staff and with each other. Additionally, our small size has allowed us to maintain our high student employment rates, as well as allowing us to provide valuable services such as on-site financial aid, on-site admissions assistance, free mature student tutoring and testing, and job search assistance – to only name a few.”
