CTS Canadian Career College`s 84-week program offers a balanced combination of theory and practical application through lab experience, in-class lectures and demonstrations, and on-site training, preparing students to jump right into rewarding careers. The curriculum includes a comprehensive overview of pertinent topics, including:

  • Anatomy and pathophysiology

Familiarizing students with up-to-date massage techniques, the program also covers the ethical considerations, laws, and regulations employed in today`s facilities. Placement is also included, providing invaluable hands-on, real-world experience.

A Program That Prepares Graduates for Many Career Opportunities

Develop the skillset you’ll need to access a rewarding career in massage therapy

Graduates will be eligible to write the provincial certification examination with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) once they have successfully completed the program. This will help them access careers in a variety of settings, including:

Clinical Hours

In addition to coursework, first year students are required to complete 60 clinic hours and 25 externship/outreach hours. Second year students are required to complete 165 clinic hours and 100 externship/outreach hours. It is expected that at all times students, faculty and staff in the Massage Therapy program will conduct themselves in a fully professional manner, which will simulate the situations that students will experience in the workplace.
