With the explosion in numbers of craft breweries in the province of Ontario as well as throughout the rest of the country, the need for knowledgeable personnel who wish to contribute to the industry through the applications of art, science, and technology necessary for effective beer brewing has also risen substantially.
CTS Canadian Career College is proud to offer this 39-week Diploma Program which can be easily managed alongside your busy work schedule.
This diploma program prepares the graduate for work in various breweries, including large-scale breweries or craft breweries.
The classroom instruction will take place in an online distance learning model, enabling students to remain within their respective communities and not relocate to complete their training.
Upon completion of the 5 month virtual classroom portion, students will be assigned to various breweries for the practical aspect of the training in a 300-hour / 10 Week Internship.
